Refund and Returns Policy

At TopHato, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality plants and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Below is our Refund and Returns Policy.

Returns

We accept returns for plants and products purchased from TopHato within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unopened, unused, and in its original packaging).
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@tophato.com or call us at (317) 888-1493 to initiate the return process. We will provide instructions for returning the item to our store or processing a return via mail.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@tophato.com or (317) 888-1493. We will either provide a full refund or exchange the item, depending on your preference. In the case of damaged plants, we may require photos of the damage for review.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different plant or product, please follow the same process as a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as gift cards and clearance or sale items, may not be eligible for return or refund. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
