Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-3 business days to process and ship your items. Processing time includes order verification, inventory checks, and packing. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and the size/weight of your order. You will see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase. Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped.

International Shipping
At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories. We may expand our shipping options in the future, and any updates will be posted on our website.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the shipping carrier’s website.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues
